Wear a face covering.
Please wear a face covering to your appointment. Pursuant to Governor Northam's Executive Order 63, customers age five and over must wear a face covering over their nose and mouth in order to be served unless they meet one of the specified exemptions. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says wearing a face covering can help to prevent the spread of COVID-19 to others.
Do not bring guests along.
To accommodate social distancing, we are limiting the number of customers in our lobbies. Please help us accomplish that by not bringing any family or friends with you unless you need their assistance to conduct your transaction.
Arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
Please wait in your vehicle until 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will help us limit the number of people in our lobbies. Customers who do not arrive by their scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule their appointment for another day.
Reschedule your appointment if you feel ill or have any reason to suspect you may have been exposed to COVID-19.
Please reschedule your appointment if you are awaiting COVID-19 test results or have one or more of the following symptoms within 24 hours of your appointment:
- A dry, persistent cough.
- Fever greater than 100.3.
- Shortness of breath, even at rest.
- Difficulty breathing.
- Very sore throat.
- Sudden onset of extreme fatigue.
- Chills.
- Repeated shaking with chills.
- Muscle aches all over (not just pain in a specific area).
- Headache.
- New loss of taste or smell.
If in the past 14 days, you have had close contact with a person known to be infected with COVID-19 or awaiting COVID-19 test results. Close Contact = being physically close (less than 6 feet) to a person infected with COVID-19 for a minimum of 10 minutes OR having been coughed on by a person infected with COVID-19.
